Temperament: Sweet! Playful! Loyal! Smart!
Activity level: Very active. She gets 1+ hour of exercise daily and lots of playtime with her foster pup siblings in the yard.
Vetting: Core vaccines (Rabies, DH2PP), spayed, microchipped, dewormed, on flea/tick/heartworm prevention. Has had 2 eye surgeries correcting cherry eye issues. At her last vet appointment, she was cleared for adoption as the eye is healing very well. Currently she requires daily eye drops however this won’t be needed for life.
Housebroken: Almost! 96% - will have accidents if she doesn’t get out every 4 hours during the day.
Good with Dogs: Yes! Loves other dogs! Would make an amazing second dog.
Good with Cats: Yes! She ignores them, she’s also good with bunnies.
Good with Children: Not tested.
Prey drive: Nope!
Response to the outdoors: Loves to be outside and go for walks!
Crate-Trained: Yes! Loves to sleep in her crate and definitely needs it to feel safe.
Resource guarding: Noted a bit when she first arrived in her foster home. Would be something to watch for in the future but hasn’t been seen since her first few days in care.
Response to commands: Very eager to please. Has amazing recall and knows ‘sit’ and ‘wait’.
Are they vocal: Only vocal when her people arrive home and she is excited to see you from her crate.
Leash Etiquette: Absolute star on leash!
Transportation: Amazing in the car! Not tested on public transit.

Meet Gracie, the social butterfly of the canine world! This spunky lady is all about the doggy social scene. While she might be a tad shy at first around new dogs and people, especially around the bouncier bundles of energy, Gracie warms up faster than a sunny day. She's chill around cats. And bunnies? No problem! Kids? Well, she hasn't been officially tested but as long as they give her some space and ignore her, she's likely to be just fine.
Gracie's got a love affair with the great outdoors. Walks? Yes, please! On leash she's a superstar. Sunbathing? Absolutely. Busy streets might make her a little jumpy due to her noise sensitivity but she'll strut her stuff like a pro. This girl is all about action, needing at least an hour of exercise daily. Currently, she's also having a blast playing with her four foster siblings in a spacious backyard.
Leash manners? Check! She's an obedient little smarty pants, quick to pick up commands, especially with the help of following her foster siblings lead. As for being vocal, the only time you'll hear her is when you arrive home and she can't contain her excitement. Road trip anyone? Gracie's your gal. She's the perfect car companion, jumps right in and is happy to snuggle up and fall asleep or gaze out the window.
Gracie could use a bit of confidence-boosting with some puppy classes and her playfulness can be a bit mouthy so that might need a tad bit of refining because, well, she's still young and enthusiastic. Gracie may start off a bit reserved but once she trusts you, she'll give you her whole heart. Her fosters say she’s pretty perfect! Gracie is looking for an active family who wants a furry companion to go on adventures with as much as chillax around the home with - because Gracie loves doing both! She enjoys snuggling up for movie night but also adores playing fetch and hiking. Gracie is super loyal and is ready to be your partner in crime!
