Meet Buddy!

Buddy is a wonderful boy that is about 4 years old and roughly 60lbs. He was surrendered to us when the family dynamic changed in his home and they could no longer have him. He has bounced around a few homes in his life and is looking for a consistent permanent home to love on him. He did live successfully in the home with another dog, but can be reactive with new dogs. He could possibly live in a home with another dog with a proper introduction.

He tends to chase cats, but not hurt them so that is up to the potential adopter on whether or not they think he would be a good fit if there are already cats in the home. He would do best in a home with older children or adults that will give him space while he's eating.

Buddy is neutered, vaccinated, heartworm negative and microchipped. If you are interested in adopting Buddy please fill out an application at al-van.org.
