Hi there! I'm Major, a sweet boy who was rescued as a stray in Alabama by Big Dog Ranch Rescue. I might be a little shy at first, but once I warm up, my affectionate personality shines through! I just need a family that will understand this. I get along great with other dogs, and having furry friends around really helps me come out of my shell. I have a playful mindset and love to engage in fun activities-whether it's a game of fetch or just exploring the yard, I'm always ready for some adventure! When I'm not playing, I enjoy cuddling and soaking up all the love from my human companions. If you're looking for a sweet, playful guy who just needs a little time to feel comfortable, I might be the right fit! I hope to find my forever home soon!

If you are interested in adopting a dog from us please visit the ranch. Our website adoptions page has all of our availalbe dogs and our adoption application at www.bdrr.org/adopt. This will help us make sure we find you the right dog to fit your situation and family. You are welcomed to come to the ranch seven days a week or you can make an appointment with our adoption desk. Our adoption fees range depending on the dog's breed, age and other factors.
