Here's what the humans have to say about me:
Meet Rusty!
Luv is a 3-legged word and Rusty is the happiest tripawd in town. This precious senior, Cocker Spaniel lived most of his life with 3 legs. He was hit by a car when he was a puppy, however, this unfortunate situation doesn't stop him from living his best life! He gets around just fine on 3 legs, and doesn't let the loss stop him from enjoying the world around him. At just 25 pounds he is great with all other dogs he has met, but his friendliness with cats is unknown at this time. He also does well with respectful kiddos! He is also very much house broken, always making sure he goes outside to do his duties.
Top on his list of favorites are cuddling, snacking, snoring (quietly) and sleeping. His motto is: “I’m not lazy, I’m just conserving my energy for important tasks such as roaming around, checking things out and watching interesting stuff outside." Rusty is a very gentle and calm boy. He loves to snuggle, and he'll happily spend hours by your side soaking up all the love and attention you can give him. An environment with minimal stairs, carpet or rugs, and plenty of comfortable places for him to snooze would be best for him. If you can open your home and your heart to this special boy, you’ll be rewarded with unconditional love and devotion.
