My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Hey there, I'm Waylon, and I'm here to introduce myself as the life of the party - your soon-to-be favorite furry companion!
I'm believed to be a 3-year-old Rottweiler Husky mix, and while I don't have much to share about my past, a kind person found me as a stray and took me to the rescue. I was loving life with my foster family for several months but they can no longer care for me.
Now, when I say "life of the party," I mean it! I'm always ready for some fun and games. I absolutely adore fetch, ripping apart stuffed animals, and solving puzzles. And if I'm not doing any of that, well, I might engage you in a friendly wrestle. I can be a bit intense, but I'm all about the good vibes - no harm intended. But here's the deal, I could use a strong owner who can handle my energy and help me with setting boundaries and finding fun ways to channel my enthusiasm.
I'm quite the loyal and sassy pup, always curious and ready for an adventure. My foster family said I'm smart, and I have a way of brightening everyone's day. I'm also a good boy when it comes to going to my kennel for bed or nap time, and I hardly bark unless I'm feeling protective or super excited.
While I may have a bit of separation anxiety, I'm making progress, and I can be left alone in my crate without a fuss. So, if you're looking for a lively, loving, and fun-loving companion, I just might be your perfect match!
I don't know how I feel about other dogs since I was found as a stray, therefore, proper introductions are required if you have other furry friends in the household.
If you think we could be a match made in doggy heaven, please reach out to Lucy's Hope. I can't wait to meet you and bring some pawsitive energy into your life!
