My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Howdy! I'm Carl. I'm border collie mix somewhere around 3 to 4 years old and I'm looking for a forever home! I'm currently being fostered by a dog trainer which means everyone gets to learn so much about me and I get to learn more before I move on to my forever! I currently know some basic obedience ( but I would say I'm a master in sit and shake), I'm crate and potty trained and currently learning how to walk well on a leash. It still needs some work but I'm a very smart boy and learn quick!

I do good with other dogs and cats but do have some issues with resource guarding when it comes to dogs I don't know very well. I get better once I know the dog better. I will need a home without kids since sometimes I think they're something I need to herd and sometimes they just make me anxious! My foster says I'm a medium-high energy boy so I’ll need someone that can keep up and give me the outlets I need to stay a good boy.
