Here's what the humans have to say about me:
She might be named Whisper, but we are shouting and screaming about her!!!
This 3 month old tuxedo came with two siblings who were recently adopted as a pair. It was obvious she was the runt of the litter at half their size, but double the personality 💗. She was the first to explore every corner of her foster home, and befriend the (anti-social) resident cat 😽😽.
A big fan of sweater weather🧣, she loves to wrap herself up in a bright & cozy knit and tell you to find something else to wear haha. She is very good at soccer ⚽️, chasing and catching wand toys 🪄, and sometimes plays fetch like a dog 🧶 (it’s the cutest thing).
After a long day 😴she will lovingly curl up next to you to enjoy a movie or some CatTv.
Whisper is a great companion for another cat. She is very social and playful, but also has a sweet nurturing side 💞. She will make sure her new furry friend is entertained and also cared for by grooming them passionately, especially in those hard to reach spots. (“Now don’t forget behind your ears!”) 😻😻
Whisper has had eye issues in the past due to feline herpes (not transmissible to humans!). When diagnosed, she had to have her eyelids trimmed, and some parts of her third eyelid are permanently exposed. Since herpes is a virus, it can flare up once in a while, in which case Whisper just needs some eye drops, and occasional check ups with an eye specialists if needed. Otherwise, she’s as healthy as can be, and ready to find her forever home!
All cats and kittens are rescued from the streets, abandoned, or pulled from at-risk list at city shelter. All are vaccinated, tested for FIV and FELV, dewormed, and spayed/neutered (if old enough). If the kitten is not old enough to be spayed/neutered we will do so at a later date, post-adoption. All adoptions require an application and donation.
If interested in meeting and possibly adopting our cat or kitten please complete an adoption application (link below)
