My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Estimated Birthday: 3/7/2017

Brody is a Pit Bull Terrier mix that was originally adopted out as a puppy, but then was unfortunately found at an animal shelter. He's looking for a second chance at love and a forever family!

Brody is a happy go lucky, lovey-dovey doggie who enjoys being with his humans, whether cuddling on the couch or following his people around the house. He’s a medium activity dog who walks well on a leash. Brody’s loyal so he takes his job as watchdog seriously (loves watching outside) and will make sure you know when your packages arrive (woof!).
He loves treats and bones.

He interacts well with other dogs after being introduced properly (he’s on the dominant side), and eats fine with them. Brody loves treats and bones. He’s on special food for a sensitive stomach.
We don’t yet know what he thinks of cats. After playing around with his furry friends, he’ll crash in his bed or crate. At this time, we recommend homes with children over 10 years old.

Their adoption process

Additional adoption info

To begin the adoption process, please complete the adoption application online.

Please see our adoptable pets page for a list of the current pets that we have for adoption.

All interested applicants must complete an adoption application for the pet that you are interested in. Applications are considered in the order in which they are received.

One of our volunteers will review the application and contact you via email or phone to ask any questions that we might have. We also reserve the right to perform a home visit for any adoption. During a home visit, a Catering to Cats and Dogs volunteer will come to your house to see where your new pet will live.

If you are not sure which one of our adoptable pets would be right for you, please contact us and we would be happy to advise you as to which pet may be a match, just let us know what you are looking for.

Once your application is approved and a match is found, you will be required to sign an adoption contract and pay the recovery fee
