Scruffy is part of a father/son duo that came to us in late 2023. They were strays just looking for a place to land so a very nice couple helped them get to Gregory’s. The daddy cat had been seen first and was quite friendly but he disappeared for a day and then returned with Scruffy. We presume daddy cat was testing out the humans wanting to help him before bringing along Scruffy. Daddy cat has found his forever home but we're still searching for a home for Scruffy.

Scruffy is friendly and pretty relaxed. He is shy at first when meeting someone new, but he warms up in record time and then is all about getting lots of love and attention. He is a lounger more than he is active. He gets along great with other cats, both young and old, and has right from the start. Dogs are an unknown but his laid-back personality tell us he really wouldn't give them much thought.

Scruffy is considered to be a long-haired cat which means that he will need routine brushing to keep his fur mat-free. He doesn't mind being brushed and is good with nail trimming as well.
