My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Sweet Pudding (listed as amarillo on the website) is still looking for her very special ADOPTER She has had a rough life and will need a very special home so PLEASE SHARE her to find it She found herself pregnant and heartworm positive on the euthanasia list at a high kill shelter when we saved her. She was a great mama and a happy hippo when done with her mothering duties. While in foster care she was attacked by an aggressive dog while out for a walk and he really messed her up She went from happy go lucky to anxious and fearful of other dogs. Because of this she needs a home without other animals or children. She would do best in a quiet home with a fenced yard. She is the SWEETEST and smartest girl! Short and stout, she thinks she's a lap pet and will double as your very own weighted blanket This baby will waddle her way into your heart Fill out a form to meet Pudding (listed as Amarillo on the sight): straypawsrescue.com/forms Adoption fee is $250. Additional adoption info

Our adoption process is just like most. Our fees range from $235 to $175 depending on age of the pets. We required a home visit and meet and greet with every family and have a foster to adopt trial period before adopting out our pets. All our pets are spayed or neutered, up to date on vaccines, microchips and heartworm tested and have a clean bill of health. We do keep our adoptions local due to the fact that we require home visits for the security of all involved.

Go meet their pets
