Here's what the humans have to say about me:
Location: Burbank, SD
Jameson is a quiet, gentle soul with deep, thoughtful eyes and a heart that’s still learning to trust. This sweet boy has had a rough start to life and is understandably afraid of people. Fast movements, loud voices, or even direct eye contact can make him nervous. But behind that fear is a dog who wants to feel safe and with the right person, he absolutely can.
Jameson isn’t going to be your instant best friend. He needs time, space, and a whole lot of patience. But if you’re someone who understands that healing takes time, someone who finds joy in earning a scared dog’s trust day by day, then Jameson just might be the companion you’re looking for.
He does best in a calm, quiet home without children or heavy foot traffic. A securely fenced yard is a must, as he finds the outside world far less intimidating than indoor spaces. Other calm dogs may help him feel more comfortable, though he also does well on his own.
Jameson has so much potential, he just needs someone to believe in him. Are you that someone?

The best way to show interest in an animal is to submit an adoption application by visiting our website (www.rescuenetworkmn.org).
Adoption fee includes spay/neuter, all age-appropriate vaccinations (distemper, rabies, and bordetella), heartworm and flea/tick preventatives, heartworm test (dogs), FIV/FeLV test (cats), dewormed, and microchip implant (including registration).
Rescue Network is strictly foster based which means all adoptable animals are in a home and there cannot be a meet until an application is submitted and approved. We have no way of knowing the breeds in the animals. All breeds listed are best guess.
