Say hello to Tilly, a very gentle girl with sweet spirit! She was caught in Richmond over the weekend by one of our volunteers after she was reported as being a stray in a neighborhood for the past 2 months. The poor girl had fleas, ticks, and matted, dirty fur when we finally got a hold of her. ? Despite all of this Tilly's calm and gentle demeanor has been shining through already. She approaches the side of her pen and looks up eagerly for pets and attention in the cutest way! It's clear that Tilly is ready to embrace the love and care she deserves. ?

Bunny Lu Adoptions, Inc. is a volunteer, not-for-profit 501(c)(3) domestic rabbit rescue and education organization located in Waynesboro, Virginia. We are dedicated to educating people about the joys of having a house rabbit(s) companion and promoting care that will give those companions the best chance at a happy, healthy, long life.

Bunny Lu also provides temporary foster care to abandoned and neglected rabbits and arranges adoptions into loving, indoor, forever homes. While we do not condone the surrendering of rabbits, we understand that providing assistance to those people trying to improve their rabbits' quality of life sometimes requires finding a new home for the rabbits.
