My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Bingo is Heartworm negative and has a great get along personality! This beautiful young boy was found trying to survive all alone on a back road to a nearby subdivision. He slept on the road or hid in the tall grass until we made friends with him. This is a lovely dog who has already learned to trust with a soft voice and a gentle hand. He is named Bingo after a previous dog from the rescue that looked like him and was adopted in to a great family. We are hoping for the same great life for this sweet boy. Bingo is 50 lbs and about 11 months old (12.19.23). He is stair and cat friendly.

Their adoption process

Additional adoption info

We have a simple contract ensuring that our rescue will be well taken care of, medically and physically, will never be tied or chained, and that a secure fenced area is provided for outdoor play. We want for each a loving home and to become part of a family. Every animal is up to date on shots and spay/neuter is required.

Go meet their pets

We are open 7 days a week by appointment. Weekends are preferred. Come see our waggin' tails and happy faces on 22 acres with large runs and a 5 acre play area. Email to ask for directions and to make an appt.

More about this shelter

We started rescuing dogs in 2001 and became a non profit animal rescue in 2006 out of the sheer need to save animals from the streets, and pick up the ones dropped at our doorstep. We promote spay/neuter, and last year found forever homes for 129 animals from our location, and adopted over 400 through off site adoption..
