Hi, my name is Beso! I’ve been told I’m the best girl! I’m energetic and love to run around the yard. I enjoy collecting toys (and sometimes destroying them). I am great with children and have been around kids as young as 3 years old. I’m crate trained and house trained, but I may need some time to adjust to a new schedule. Even though I load up in a car easily, I still appreciate a treat for a job well done.
The people at the rescue are not sure why I’ve been here since February 2023, but they think it’s because I’m waiting for the perfect people to come along. I am not good with dominant female dogs or cats/small animals. I would do best as the only pet in the home. I have gotten along with a couple male dog-friendly dogs in the past, but I would need a very slow and proper introduction.

We are setting up adoptions with approved adopters on an appointment basis. We are no longer hosting adoption events at PetSmart until further notice. We are not arranging meet and greets; but appointments to finalize adoptions to limit exposure for all. Our adoptions come with a one week trial period in which if things are not working out, we will refund your adoption fee if you decide to return your newly adopted Faithful Friend. Our adoptions must be done in person at PetSmart (3736 SW Archer Rd, Gainesville, FL 32608) and we do not arrange transport to adopters. Our adoption fees vary and we are only able to accept payments by card at this time but include spay/neuter, heartworm test (dogs), FeLV/FIV test (cats), age appropriate vaccines and deworming, flea, tick and heartworm medication and microchip.
