BIG PUN and 50 CENT were saved by an independent rescuer. They are siblings. They came from a mom at a colony in the area of Lawndale, California. Once the kittens were stable, his rescuer reached out to us. And now they are with our rescue.
Meet BIG PUN, a young feline with a personality as large as his name. His sweet, friendly demeanor is sure to win over anyone who crosses his path. His independent spirit is balanced by a curious and goofy side that is guaranteed to keep you entertained. Gentle and mellow, BIG PUN is the perfect companion for a quiet evening at home.
His smart, playful nature is coupled with a cuddly, loyal disposition that makes him the ideal pet. He's laid back and absolutely loves hugs, always ready to share a warm embrace. BIG PUN is not just a cat, he's a friend, a confidante, a source of laughter and joy. His unique personality is a testament to the amazing pets that can be found in shelters. BIG PUN is a DOMESTIC SHORT HAIR / BOMBAY MIX. He is about 11 months old. He is good with cats and is non-reactive to dogs. He has never been around children.

3. Submit Online Application
4. Someone Will Call / Text to Do Phone Interview
5. Will be notified of Approved Application
6. Home Visit (WILL BE SCHEDULED)
7. Official Meet and Greet with Kitty
8. Sign Adoption Contract
9. Pay Adoption Fee (VENMO - ZELLE - PAYPAL or CASH)
10. Take the Kitty Home

APRIL 2024: VOLUNTEERS are the only ones allowed to let you meet the kitty. Not PETSMART employees.
Volunteers are usually at PetSmart between 9 am to 1 pm for cleaning. The cats currently at PETSMART you are allowed to go visit. A good time to come visit is between 4 pm - 9 pm. The VOLUNTEERS are only there in the evening for 3 hours so please call the PetSmart location, email us or visit the cattery for VISITING HOURS. Most days are different 3 hour shifts. It's based on volunteer availability.
******************* If you call the PETSMART location, please ask them to physically check the cattery door for the current week's VISITING HOURS. ******************
The kitties at a foster/rescue homes, we will accommodate as much as possible. But steps 1-6 of the ADOPTION PROCESS need to be done before we do OFFICIAL MEET & GREETS. It is easier to do the meet and greets at the locations listed below.

The crazy rescue mama will drive kitties to their new home, meet & greets, etc...once the phone interview and home check have been done.. Gas donations always appreciated!

If the CAT/KITTEN is still listed (meaning here or other websites) they are still available. It does not mean they don't have other pending applications or meet and greets.
Please note: Just because you fill out an application and are approved does not obligate you to adopt the cat/kitten. If he or she is not a fit...we have plenty of other cats / kittens available for adoption.

We are NOT a government FUNDED shelter and all our donations and adoption fees are for our rescued cats/kittens. So, we do not do DISCOUNTS.
