Beans is a very sweet boy who was rescued by our board president, along with three siblings. Beans is a VERY handsome man who would love to strut his stuff in a new home. When Beans came to the shelter he was super shy and did not want anyone to come near him. Now he cant get enough attention. This sweet man would love a home that understands that he will need a little time to warm up to them. He also wants a home where he can have all the loves.

The Humane Society of Northwest Iowa is a 501(c)3 non-profit animal shelter that proudly serves Dickinson, Clay, Emmet, Palo Alto, O'Brien, and Osceola counties. Our mission is to promote the ethical and humane treatment of all animals, as well as provide care, housing, and rehabilitation for animals in need while they are with us, and promote responsible pet ownership by educating on the importance of spaying or neutering animals.
