My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

If you're looking for an affectionate Kitty, Tux is the one for you. When you pet him, he will flop onto his side, exposing his belly. This is a remarkable show of trust for a cat who was so timid upon arrival. In fact, he has grown so fond of pets that, should the human dare leave before he has had enough, the human will receive a gentle tap with a paw. This may be his way of saying, "and where do you think you're going? I haven't finished yet".

When he isn't chasing his favourite ball around, Tux enjoys playing or napping with his brother, Scoots. He also likes to bird watch from a window, so please make sure yours have screens. Piles of unfolded laundry will be claimed by Tux quickly, especially towels.

Tux is very afraid of strangers, so in-person viewings probably won't work. However, once he is settled in his new home, he will likely come out and be friendly eventually. He likes pets
too much to hide forever. Tux is extremely gentle. He loves to rough house with Scoots, but he is gentle enough with people that one of his fosters lets him nuzzle him on the nose.

Must adopt with Scoots.
