My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Hercules had quite a following before he arrived into our care.

He was hit by a car when attempting to allude the local animal control, and spent his recovery with one of our incredible foster families.

Now at the farm, Hercules takes his time warming up to new people. He loves those he is familiar with - hard - but he is still sensitive to sudden movements and will flee when startled.

Hercules is doing great with the other dogs in our farmhouse and has warmed up to the good humans around him. We would love to find his forever home, with a person, or family who are ready to take it slow and understand Hercules' sensitive nature.

Please visit our website and complete an adoption application for review. We are open by appointment only and look forward to meeting you.

Meet the Pet

Once your applicaton has been approved you will be invited to select a time to meet your potential pet.

We are looking for responsible, warm-hearted people to give our dogs the wonderful homes they deserve. Our adoption process is thorough but fast. We focus on making the best match between you and the right dog. To adopt, you will need to:

1. Complete the Adoption Application.
2. Meet the dog you want to adopt.
3. Show proof that you can have a dog in your home (lease, mortgage, letter from landlord).
4. Sign our Adoption Agreement and pay an Adoption Fee.

We are open by appointment only.

However we host regular adoption pop-ups at Pet Food Express Sonoma (Saturday's 11am-2pm) and on the first Sunday of the month can be found at Pet Food Express, 1975 Market Street, San Francisco.
