My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

You can fill out an adoption application online on our official website.

Meet Trapper!  Trapper is one of the “dads” from the large rescue in the PNW over the summer.  Trapper is a little over a year old and is trying to learn how to be a dog.  He came from a challenging environment yet is so, so sweet and funny.  He likes other dogs, plays at the daycare where he currently lives.  He is very observant to his environment as livestock guardians should.  He is largely unsocialized with people but shows ZERO aggression.  He can be leashed up and loves to seek attention, mostly on his terms when he’s starting to build trust.  He isn’t keen on being contained and will use his nose to root out of crates and kennels, he wants to be a free spirit.  He will need help with dog things including feeling safe in his environment, leash walking, riding in a car and learning how to play and be a dog.  Do you have the heart and environment for Trapper?  He’s ready for his best life, we’re hoping that’s with you!  Pyrenees experience as well as shy-dog experience necessary for this sweet boy!

All our dogs require secure VISIBLE fencing. All current pets in adoptive home must be spayed/neutered and up to date on vaccinations.

We do not adopt to families with children under the age of 6.

Adoption Fee: $275
