My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Meet Patience, the incredibly loyal girl ready for her forever family! Rescued in February 2022 while pregnant, Patience has come a long way in fostering, and her puppies found homes, but she's still waiting for her own happy ever after.

Fully potty trained, knowing basic commands, and treat motivated, Patience is exceptionally loyal and protective of her home and family. In the presence of visitors and guests, she should be in a crate or a closed-off area. Best in a female-only home, she needs time to trust and respond to commands. Due to past trauma, she is very untrusting of men and is believed to have been mistreated by one. An adult-only home or children over 8 is preferred, as she's cautious around new people.

Patience thrives with another dog but can be the only one in the right home. Loves kids but needs space respect. Fostered with cats, she's playful but should be supervised. Ready to fill your home with love, Patience is waiting for the right family.

If you're looking for a very loyal and protective dog to add to your pack, Patience is the one for you!

More about this rescue

Southern Nevada Animal Rescue League (SNARL) exists to provide a better life for adoptable homeless, abandoned, or abused animals. We aim to assist in the effort of limiting the overpopulation of these animals as well as educate the public against breed or size discrimination. There is no such thing as a “bad breed”, only bad humans. Our mission is to make sure all of the animals we rescue are placed in loving, safe, and viable fur-ever homes.
