My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Fester, Lurch and Pugsley spent the first 6 months of their life only knowing the inside of a trailer and each other. They didn’t learn the joys and importance of socializing with fellow dogs. They came to us not even knowing what a leash was, and so nervous they wouldn’t walk through doorways. After almost a month, these boys have gained the confidence they need to conquer the world! While still a little nervous at times, they are now all walking on leashes, are happy, LOVE food and attention.
We believe they are catahoula/hound mixes and are around 8 months old.
They are all available for adoption and are neutered, microchipped and up to date on vaccines. Their adoption fee is $225 each.
Remember, they are puppies, so they are not potty trained and do take work, but all worth it in the end. Before adopting, it’s important to make sure everyone in the house is on board and there is a plan in place to make sure they can get potty breaks if you have long work days.

More about this rescue

The Medina County SPCA, founded in 1985, is a nonprofit organization supported solely by private donations and grants. We are not a part of any national associations or animal welfare groups. We are committed to sheltering and finding homes for sick, injured, abused and abandoned animals of Medina County.

Over the years, we have served thousands of injured,
abandoned, abused and neglected animals throughout Medina County. We also focus on pet-owner education and animal abuse prevention. Our Humane Officers employed by the MSPCA are used to investigate and pursue cases of animals in need.
