My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

BIO: Hey! Cricket here! If I could talk, I'd have tales to tell. Foremost, I'm grateful to have been rescued. I'm still a bit shy, but I'm learning to trust more. Although I'm cautious, I love to explore - my curiosity has led me to all sorts of fun discoveries. I have a sweet, gentle, and playful personality. A game of ‘chase the string' initiated by my human will display my assertive side. As I'm building up my confidence, I may appear independent. It just means that I'm content doing my own thing. I'm ready for a future filled with love and cuddles though. Will you be my cat whisperer that will give me my own home and watch me blossom? I sure hope so!

RESCUE: I was the only one born to a feral mama. I was taken from her care and added to another friendly nursing mama with more milk for my well-being. I am now looking for that special someone to call my own!

More about this rescue

Like the animals that come our way, Animal Rescue Connections (ARC) may be small but we make a big difference in people’s and animals’ lives. Primarily serving Bulverde, Comal County, and Northern San Antonio, ARC is an all-foster based organization with volunteers who are passionate about our adoption, Trap-Neuter-Return (TNR), and helpline programs.

Located in Bulverde TX, we are an all-foster organization, caring for our rescued animals in our own homes. Because we are not a shelter, we cannot take in all the animals we get called about, but we can find the "connections" you need to help you with your rescued, lost or found animal.
