My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

BIO: Hi there! My name is Edie. I had a rough start but am now ready to find a family to call my own. I am a sweet and loving little lady. I am not super fond of being held but love to be pet and scratched. I will climb into your lap for extra attention. I am a bit shy at first, but warm up quickly with love and patience. I would do best with a companion, as I like to have a buddy to cuddle with.

RESCUE: I came from a home where there were many cats and kittens. As a small kitten, I was attacked by a dog and was in a critical state. My caregiver contacted ARC for assistance, and together, I received the care I needed to become healthy and happy.

FAVORITE ITEMS: Toys on a string. crinkle toys, pipe cleaners
ADDITIONAL INFO: Shy; not fond of being held; older kids

More about this rescue

Like the animals that come our way, Animal Rescue Connections (ARC) may be small but we make a big difference in people’s and animals’ lives. Primarily serving Bulverde, Comal County, and Northern San Antonio, ARC is an all-foster based organization with volunteers who are passionate about our adoption, Trap-Neuter-Return (TNR), and helpline programs.

Located in Bulverde TX, we are an all-foster organization, caring for our rescued animals in our own homes. Because we are not a shelter, we cannot take in all the animals we get called about, but we can find the "connections" you need to help you with your rescued, lost or found animal.
