Hawkeye is a curious cat who likes to explore the world around her! She's interested when our volunteers are around or she hears new people. It's important to know she is blind in her left eye and can only partially see with her right eye, so slow introductions are a must. Hawkeye would make a great companion for a quiet household who can respect her boundaries.
A wonderful way to interact with Hawkeye is with your voice! She loves it when you sit quietly next to her and talk to her. She will settle down on her favorite comfy foam pad, close her eyes, and listen! Rather than looking for pets, she will sweetly rub against you when she is ready!

We ask potential adopters to fill out a matchmaker form. When they are ready to adopt an animal and the form and interview process indicates a good match, we have the adopter sign an adoption contract promising that the animal will receive good physical and emotional care. Fees vary and we often have adoption specials. Fees for senior pets are sponsored. Otherwise, dogs are $100, puppies $150 and up, cats are $75, kittens are $95.
