My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Betsy has come a long way since she was first rescued! She was such a shy girl at first, but with the best foster mom giving her some extra attention she has really come out of her shell. The quickest way to Betsy's heart is through treats and a ribbon toy! She loves to chase her cat toys and is a sweetheart once she gets comfortable with you. She needs a home with another friendly cat so she can have a little buddy. If you have some extra love and attention to give, little Betsy is the girl for you!

Betsy is vaccinated, spayed, microchipped, dewormed, treated for flea and healthy (felv/fiv negative)

More about this rescue

Meowsquad is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization started in 2019. Our goal is to reduce the large stray and feral cat population of New York City by using Trap Neuter Return (TNR) techniques as well as working with the community to find forever homes for cats and kittens that can be resocialized. We also aim to relocate those who cannot be returned into safe, working environments.
