I consider myself a professional couch surfer, and my expertise lies in power chewing-I have a special bond with Nyla Bones and Benebones. Despite my funny RBF (resting bully face), I'm often lost in thoughts about solving world hunger.
In my new foster survey, it's revealed that I'm a cuddler who adores attention. I haven't been around cats, and I'm friendly around other dogs, especially with a slow introduction. With medium energy levels, a bit of backyard playtime suits me well. Car rides are a joy, especially in a convertible with the wind in my hair.
I've been around older kids and enjoy sitting outside for hours, soaking up the sun. While a bit bossy, I'm eager to learn boundaries and structure with the right guidance. Crate training is in progress-I may be reluctant at first, but once inside, I'm as quiet as a mouse, napping for hours.
Insecure with new people, I'm looking for a confident leader to help me feel safe and advocated for. Slow and deliberate introductions are key to building my confidence. I have a playful side, enjoying shallow water and chasing minnows, along with a preference for hard chew toys-although smaller toys need monitoring.
I find joy in the simple pleasures of life, loving to sleep and eat. A bit of running or playtime in the backyard keeps me content. Smart and food-motivated, I relish learning games, especially those involving hidden treats. I'm eagerly awaiting the opportunity to meet my future family!
Forever yours,
Roger
