Here's what the humans have to say about me:
Zen is a young, 8-10 month old FIV+ semi-feral cat. Found with a severely injured paw and respiratory infection, he's currently being nursed back to health. Though he's unhappy about his current situation, he's showing signs of warming up to humans. Because his colony is located in a very busy intersection, he can't be returned without risk to his life.
We're hoping to find an experienced adopter who either has a colony near their home they take care of that he can be acclimated to, or who has the time and patience to help him become an indoor cat. He is FIV+ and needs to be in a home with either FIV+ cats, or where he's very slowly introduced to the other cats of the home so no fights break out.
Zen is currently what we call "feeder friendly" which means he's used to humans, and even sought them out when he was injured, but would prefer not to be handled. He'll need an experienced adopter. He'll be socialized and neutered before relocation.
