My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Tipsy is one of the happiest dogs you'll ever meet! She's a little on the wobblier side, due to a suspected injury when she was very little, meaning she gets dizzy and may need to take a break during play sessions. She does have the most adorable permanent head tilt as a result. She gets along great with other dogs and the cat in her foster home. Absolutely loves to play with toys and enjoys laying out in the sunshine. Her wobble doesn't slow her down, and doesn't dampen her spirit at all - happiest puppy around! She is happy to go out exploring new areas, playing with toys, and also enjoys having a good nap with you.

Tipsy estimated to be 5 months old (as of 1/2024) and is:
-Spayed
-Microchipped
-Vaccinated (up to date for their age)
-Dewormed
-Come with a lifetime supply of love

More about this rescue

Our mission is to care for and protect unwanted, lost and/or abused animals, to promote animal welfare within the community, and to promote the human-animal bond. We strive to create the maximum positive effect that we can.

We are SOUL - Shelter for Outcasts, Unusuals, and the Lost An Animal Rescue. 🐾

We focus on taking in animals that don’t do well in shelter environments, such as neonates (bottle baby kittens), complex medical cases, and animals with behavioral needs. We pair these animals with veterinary students who are able to give them special and individualized attention in foster homes to offer the animals a second chance to thrive.
