Here's what the humans have to say about me:
Meet Penelope!
Hey, new friends, my name is Penelope, and I am simply the happiest, most fun-loving, outgoing gal you will ever meet! I'm an adult now, and I know just how to be the perfect little (just 20 pounds) companion for anyone! I get along well with everyone I meet and become immediate friends! Other dogs, cats, kids, the mailman, the vet, everyone! I know to do my pottying outside, too.
I am a quiet lady, but I promise to make it known when my little tail gets happy! Well, gosh, it's never really not happy, what can I say. I'm good at going for car rides and going for walks. Foster mom takes me to pet stores and farmers markets, senior centers, and coffee shops. She says I'm the most well-behaved and I love to say hello to everyone I meet! Now that I'm healthy, it's time for me to find my forever home, and I can't even wait to meet my forever people and give them my absolute best every single day. I hope you are looking for a little gal to bring lots of love into your home and heart!
