Cookie is an adorable 8 year old, 23-pound Beagle/Dachshund mix who is all about living life to the fullest. This sweet and affectionate pup is a true bundle of joy. With her wagging tail and a heart full of love, Cookie is always ready to brighten up your day. Cookie is friendly with everyone she meets. Her friendly and easygoing nature makes her the perfect companion for everyone in the family. Cookie doesn't live with other dogs, and she will do best as an only dog or with an older laid-back dog. Cookie needs a low activity home. She won't be a good candidate for athletic activities, but she is an excellent snuggle buddy. She is housetrained, crate trained and loves to learn new tricks. Additional adoption info

All potential adopters must fill out an application for the animal they want to adopt, which is available on our website. Humane Tomorrow does not do adoptions outside of the DFW Metroplex.

Our adoption fees are...
Cats:
$150 for most kittens and cats

Dogs:
$250-$300 for most puppies and dogs

The adoption fee helps to cover the costs of basic preventative care including spay or neuter, vaccines (including Rabies and virals), heartworm tests and preventative for dogs, FeLV/FIV tests for cats, in addition to extra medical care the animal may need, such as heartworm treatment, dental, or surgery. Often our adoption fees do not even cover costs for basic medical care the animals need, and are certainly cheaper than if all these procedures were covered by the owner.
