My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Looks like: Terrier mix
Male, 10 years old (estimated), 19 pounds

Gentle Cosmo has become quite the jet setter! This sweet guy was in rough shape when he landed at Ventura County Animal Services, but he has since been cleaned up and took to the skies! As he was so far away, we found him a flight on Pilots N Paws. He has now landed with us, ready to start his new life. He's coming out of his shell with his foster family, sampling the pleasures of a good home life, a lap to lie his head on, and snuggling. Oh, the snuggling! Cosmo loves a good stroll in the neighborhood. Now that has a new haircut and his health is stabilizing, his confidence is blooming and his silly side is coming out.

Because he is hard of hearing and blind, he is happiest when his human is close by. We don't yet know how he'd do with young children, but he's been great around other dogs of all shapes and sizes and doesn't seem to mind polite kitties.

Cosmo's history is a bit of a mystery and probably was an airport page-turner. Now that he has landed with us, we know he's ready to get on home to you!
