Tulip is a Chihuahua mix who came to Sky Sanctuary after her mom was rescued from the streets of Phoenix only to find out she was pregnant. Tulip is the runt of the litter and she’s not only adorable, but she is so incredibly sweet as well. Being the last puppy of the litter left we are super anxious to help her find her forever family of her own. Could that be with you!?
