Here's what the humans have to say about me:
Meet Lola—a spirited and devoted companion eagerly searching for her forever home. Lola is an adult dog with boundless energy and a heart full of love. She truly comes alive in the countryside, where she can sprint through open spaces, chase her beloved toys, and play endless games of fetch. Bringing back the ball with pride, she’s always up for another round and never seems to tire of fun.
But there’s more to Lola than her playful nature. She’s deeply affectionate, forming strong, lasting bonds with her people. Lola thrives on companionship and will always be by your side, offering unwavering loyalty and warmth. She’s housetrained, well-mannered, and ready to settle into a caring home where she can be the center of attention.
Lola shines brightest as the only pet—she loves soaking up affection and being the star of the household. She will flourish with a dog-experienced owner who can provide her with guidance, structure, and the confidence she deserves. Lola isn’t just seeking a place to stay—she’s searching for a true partner, someone to share a rare and irreplaceable bond filled with laughter, joy, and steadfast friendship.
There’s something extra special about Lola: she is fully sponsored, so her adoption fees have already been covered by a generous community member. All she needs now is someone willing to open their heart and say “yes.”
To keep Lola happy and secure, a fenced yard is required. She is protective of her home and prefers a calm, familiar environment. Lola isn’t comfortable meeting new people every day, so slow introductions are important, or she’ll need a safe space to relax when you have guests.
Lola is available to meet by appointment only. Please complete an application on our website, and we’ll reach out to schedule a visit. Earning her trust may take several visits, but the bond you’ll share with Lola will be truly rewarding.
Open your heart to Lola—she’s ready to bring you endless love, boundless energy, and unforgettable memories.

More about this rescue
We are dog and cat lovers who want to help decrease the number of healthy pets being euthanized. We do this through adopting pets to caring homes and by spaying and neutering every pet before it is adopted out. We operate a Thrift store named Critters, which is volunteer run with all money brought goes to support our "No Kill" rescue. Critters is located on the same property as our shelter. We take in homeless animals because they are in need and are unable to help themselves.
