Magic Mike was running with his mom and several siblings when his luck changed and he was brought into the shelter. He was scared at first and is still a bit timid of loud noises and sudden movements but he has settled in nicely. He is a beautiful boy and will make you a lifetime buddy. He loves to play with you and loves to play with toys so he will keep you entertained! He was born around 06/28/2023 and has been neutered, microchipped, and has had his rabies shot. If you are interested in adopting, please go to pawspaws.org to complete the application. We will arrange for a meet and greet after we have an approved application. His adoption fee is $100. Once we receive the application, we will process it and call you if approved to set up a meet and greet.

Meet the Pet
If we feel you are a good match, we will complete the Adoption Contract,review with you, and collect the adoption fee.
4.
Take the Pet Home
Then we will send you and your new family member home!

Dogs: The adoption fees for PAWS puppies and dogs start at $200. Occasionally, the adoption fee will be higher and, if that is the case, it will be noted on the animal's profile. When you adopt your new dog or puppy, it will be spayed or neutered, wormed, micro-chipped, and up to date on routine shots. If it is six months or older, it will have been tested for heartworms and placed on a heartworm preventative.
Cats: The adoption fee for most PAWS kittens and cats is $75. When you adopt your new cat or kitten, it will be spayed or neutered, wormed, micro-chipped, and up to date on its shots, with the exception of its rabies shot, which must be given by a vet. IF YOU ARE PLANNING TO ADOPT A CAT OR KITTEN, BE SURE TO BRING A CARRIER OR PET TAXI WITH YOU. WE CANNOT SEND A CAT/KITTEN HOME UNLESS IT IS IN A CARRIER/PET TAXI.
We certainly recommend that you continue your pet's routine vaccination regimen with your veterinarian.
SAME DAY ADOPTIONS ARE NOT ALWAYS POSSIBLE, SO IF YOU ARE DRIVING FROM A DISTANCE, PLEASE MAKE ADVANCE ARRANGEMENTS.
IF YOU RENT, YOU MUST BRING A SIGNED RENTAL AGREEMENT FROM YOUR LANDLORD STATING THAT IT IS OKAY FOR YOU TO HAVE AN ANIMAL IN THE HOUSE. IF YOU DO NOT HAVE A RENTAL AGREEMENT, YOU WILL NOT BE ABLE TO TAKE THE COMPANION ANIMAL OF YOUR CHOICE HOME WITH YOU.
OUT OF STATE ADOPTERS ARE ASKED TO PAY THE ADOPTION FEE IN CASH.
