My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Marshmellow loves to cuddle but she has a feisty streak, and she sometimes will play attack.  We think she would love to be brushed as she like to rub on rough surfaces.  She loves her wet food and s he prefers to drink running water. She is curious about everything. She wants to play with the older kitties but they don't play back and she is NOT fond of doggies. She also loves the cat tree and high places.

More about this rescue

Misfits, Mutts and Meows is a public rescue that is now a 501(c)3. We are incorporated as a not-for-profit in the state of Oklahoma. Which means all donations are tax deductible. My husband and I have been rescuing animals for about 15 years by working with other rescue groups. We felt it was time for us to take matters into our own hands to get some of the many rescues we have adopted into their forever homes. We work with our local animal control to find homes for unclaimed dogs and we have many of the animals that others decided were to hard to get adopted. We want every animal to find the perfect home. Our local friends are a great help in getting to word out on those in need of homes. We are an environmentally friendly rescue. We utilize both veterinary medicine and natural healing to ensure the health of our animals.
