My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Mousy, a 7-year-old female declawed cat, spent the past 3 years confined to a pet carrier with her food, water, and litter box. Her human parents, one battling dementia and the other on hospice, believed this was the best arrangement for her. Thankfully, Mousy was rescued and brought to Feline Foster Farm, where she could rebuild trust in humans and come out of her shell.

In her time at the Foster Farm, Mousy has made remarkable progress. Initially scared and defensive, she would growl and try to bite. However, with patience and love, Mousy now lets humans hold and pet her, proving that humans are not so bad after all. Additionally, Mousy has a unique leg that crooks to the side, likely a birth defect. Despite this, it does not hinder her ability to walk.

Mousy is now searching for a calm, patient, and loving home where she can continue to flourish. With the right environment and understanding, Mousy can thrive and become a devoted and affectionate companion.
