Hello! My name is Stripes, and I traveled with my sister Gracie all the way from Texas to come to The Bond Between. When I first arrived at my foster home, I was very timid and shy. While I still get scared sometimes, I've gained so much confidence since then!
My foster mom says I'm one of the sweetest and most playful cats she's fostered so far. I have impeccable litter box skills, and I'm pretty good about using a scratching post. I don't like being picked up, but I like attention from my human. I have very soft fur and the cutest striped tail!
Some of my favorite things include:
-Churu treats
-Napping in your lap while you work or watch tv
-Sleeping on fuzzy blankies
-Playing chase with my sister Gracie around the house
-Putting my mouse toys in my water fountain
-Chin and ear scratches
-Sleeping at your feet in the bed at night
I would do best in a home with older, respectful children or no children, as quick movements and random noises scare me. My forever home will have patience to help me build up my trust and confidence in a new environment. My foster mom promises you that I'm worth it, as I'm such a sweet kitty.

Since then, we have rescued over 29,000 dogs and cats with the help of thousands of fosters, volunteers, and supporters in our community.
