Ranger is right at 8 months old. I got him in march with plans of using him for hunting. Kids sports, work, and life just got in the way. I sent him to Josh Ransom in unadilla for leash and basic obedience . He will heal and walks great on a leash. I bought him from a friend in Dublin he dad is a Deutsch Drahthaar his mom is as well but she did not have papers. So they just recognize him as a wire hair. He loves to fetch and loves water. He needs to go with someone with space and that can let him exercise. He stays in his crate during the day but is out at night and weekends. He stays on the back porch. Never spent time with potty training. He is a good dog and good with everything except chickens. He tolerates cats but will chase them.
