Looking to rehome our sweet and cuddly 4.5 year old dog as he doesn’t do well with small children but does fine with older children. There was a provoked bite incident and he needs a new forever home. He’s sweet, affectionate, gentle and silly. He loves getting belly rubs and nuzzling into you to snuggle. He’s known to offer silly toothy grins when happy and enjoys praise and affection. He lights up on walks halfway through to boop you with his nose and get pets. He enjoys walks, hiking, sniffing around the yard, sunbathing, catching balls and playing fetch. His favorite toys are balls and squeaky stuffed animals. He needs regular exercise to stay happy and not fall into boredom. He has completed 1:1 obedience training. We also worked with him on his strong prey drive where he’d want to chase bikers or runners. This is easily kept in check and we had no issues with him after.
