Meet Star, a 3-year-old female with a heart as big as her 79 lbs. She found her way to the shelter on 11/10/23 as a lost girl with no one coming forward to reclaim her. Despite a tough start, Star is a sweet girl who deserves a second chance. Unfortunately, she arrived after being hit by a car and urgently needs to be seen by a vet outside the shelter for proper care. Star is not just a survivor; she is a loving soul who knows basic commands such as sit, stay, and down. Currently residing in Run #409 with the ID 650648. Star is current on vaccines and spayed; she will be microchipped and heartworm tested before adoption. She is up to date on vaccines, and with the right care and attention, Star is sure to blossom into the wonderful companion she was meant to be.
