My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Max is an adorable 10 month old mixed breed male who weighs about 18 pounds and is at his full size.

His brother had a DNA test done which revealed he is 47% Miniature American Shepherd, which is another name for Miniature Australian Shepherd.

Max's foster says he is such an amazing pup. He lives for toys, doesn't matter what kind, he's loves stealing them and stashing them somewhere, Max is good with kids and other dogs.

Max does well in a crate, and is potty trained.

He is neutered, up to date on vaccines, dewormed and microchipped, and he comes with his medical records and interstate health certificate from a veterinary examination prior to leaving Texas, which certifies him to be in good condition.

Max's adoption fee will contribute to our program of readying additional dogs, puppies and kittens which we prepare, transport and adopt out in the Midwest. Our goal is to get as many homeless animals out of south Texas, where we have a severe pet overpopulation crisis.

He is being fostered in Muskego, WI.

His adoption fee is $500, which will be used to support the many animals in our care whose medical bills far surpass their much lower adoption fee.
