Norma Jean is a very cuddly little girl. She only has one tooth, so she will forever need soft food. She is fully ready for adoption.
The adoption area is limited to within a four-hour drive of Hammond, LA. Due to her small size and delicate frame. she cannot be in a home where there will be young children.
