My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Gold Dust is a super easy going kitty super love bug. Gold Dust loves the hanging string toys and overall just running and jumping with his sister Dream. Gold Dust loves all his sibling but has a special connection with his sister Dream. Gold Dust is part of the Stevie Nicks litter with siblings Dream, Gypsy, Songbird and Tusk. Even though Gold Dust loves to play with his sibling he is happy just playing by himself and dragging the toys around, he really doesn’t need any help, he can be a bit of a toy hoarder too.

More about this rescue

We are an all-volunteer 501(c)3 non-profit cat rescue group. We rescue abandoned cats & kittens from the streets and high kill city animal shelters in Orange, Los Angeles, Imperial and San Diego counties.
We also help people who need to rehome their pets through our Community Foster Program in that we post the cats on our internet sites and accept applications for them. We also help the owner screen applicants and bring their cats to our adoption events but we cannot physically take them since we are foster based. We do not have a physical shelter, we foster in our homes, not in cages which is a more natural environment for cats.
Lastly, we help reduce the number of unwanted kittens with TNR (Trap-Neuter/spay-Release) by loaning traps and instructing others on how to TNR and by referring people to low-cost S/N clinics.
