My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Rowan looks like he has been through alot and we would like to find him a home where he will be loved and cherished. He came into the shelter with some pretty severe lacerations or possibly tied up with a cable that infected his neck. He is doing much better now and has healed up about 90%. He has been neutered and up to date on all shots. Rowan is dog selective so either needs to be the only dog in the home or we can do a meet and greet to see how he does with your dog. Please consider adopting Rowan!!! He deserves to get out of the shelter and start a good life.
