Here's what the humans have to say about me:
Harrison (Harry) is an amazing dog! He’s model-handsome, incredibly athletic (fetches, fast runner, swims), very intelligent (sit, stay, down, shake, wait, give, heel, etc), is easily trained/eager to please, and great with other dogs! He is even gentle with younger and smaller dogs. He is very sweet and affectionate!
Even though Harrison is pushing 5 years old he is still a very active dog and would do best with a family that is up for some extra adventures! He loves to go swimming (see video) and is up for long hikes! He also has the potential to be trained as a working dog or sport dog (we think he'd love dock diving or nosework!)
He is great with kids but since he is big (and doesn't know his size) we are requiring children to be over 10 years old. He will not do well in a home with cats. He is ok being left at home, free roaming, while you are gone (4-5 hours max). He will require a fenced in yard unless the home has acreage.
Adopters are required to live in Western Washington.
