My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Meet one of our 4 Caribbean Islands pups – Antigua, Aruba, Jamaica and Trinidad

Five pups were crammed in a crate with a for sale sign on it. They were dirty, matted messes and a good friend of JoJo's intervened and took them all so that we could get them the kind of homes they deserve. (The theme was inspired by the fact that their matted coats looked like they all had dreadlocks.) The person who rescued them is keeping one of the pups, so we need to find great homes for the other four.

It was difficult to tell if they were siblings or what they might be until we could get them groomed and to the vet. Now we know that two of them appear to be the same age so may (or may not) be siblings. Two others look to be different ages. They may be interrelated or not -- we can't know.

The sign on the crate from which they were being sold said "Bernadoodle/Sheepadoodle." We have no idea what they are for sure, but there are some blue eyes in there that make us think there may be some Aussie Doodle. The oldest female looks very much like a Mini Sheepadoodle. The smaller stature and curly coats on some look like Schnoodle to us. Antigua currently weighs 18 lbs, and we believe she is full grown. She is not spayed yet, but she has an appointment to be done.

They most likely only lived outdoors, so we do not know about full house training, but we do know that they go outside on their own to potty now. Some may need a little help to know how to tell you when they need to go out, but if any are not fully house trained now, they definitely have a good start on it.

If you think you might want to give this sweet pup a home, please email jojosdogrescue@gmail.com and we will send you an application, or visit our website: www.jojosdoghouse.com and download one. Adoption fee is $250, which includes up-to-date vaccinations, parasite treatment, and microchip with lifetime registration.

Please visit our Facebook page JoJo's DogHouse (non-profit) to learn more about us and see many of the dogs we have rescued. We hope you'll join JoJo's family of adopters.
