My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Farrah was found in a box dumped at the end of someone's driveway. The finder brought her in with her sister Foxie, and she has been with us ever since. She loves to play and romp around, we don't think she will get very big as she has remained the same size for a long time. We think she is a hound mix, but she looks like a boxer in a way. We'd love to find her a great home!
Please apply if you would like to meet her!

More about this rescue

We are a humane society that was established in 1982. For quite some time we have worked without a physical facility doing neglect, cruelty investigations and follow-ups, as well as rescue and adoptions from the county shelter and directly from the community. We work with a humane society in New Hampshire and transport dogs there several times per year in addition to doing local adoptions. We have just finished building a small shelter/spay neuter clinic. We are located in an area that has a high-kill county shelter and believe that the only long term solution is to promote spaying and neutering in every way possible.
