Bartleby was rescued from Las Vegas and transported to Lake Elsinore!
Bartley is always eager to stand on his hind legs and greet you at the edge of his bunny bungalow in hopes that you'll pick him up and give him kisses! He's an outgoing, curious, funny fellow full of life and vitality!
He's quite the charmer and will knock your socks off with his enchanting ways. He's the life-of-the-party kind of bunny! He is a lionhead mix rabbit; I would assume his mane will continue to fill in and get more voluminous as he grows up. He is a really sweet boy bun.
Bartleby was neutered on December 13, 2023.
Bartleby should start out living in an exercise pen (x-pen) otherwise known as a puppy pen. He can have that as his home base or transition to a room or a section of a room or free roaming. A cage/hutch is not recommended unless the door is open and an x-pen can be placed around it.
Please be over 21 if inquiring about a rabbit.
Bartleby can be seen by appointment in Lake Elsinore after a questionnaire is completed or a phone consultation conducted. On adoption day, plan to spend approximately one hour at the rescue going over paperwork and general rabbit care information. Delivery is available up to 100 miles from Lake Elsinore.
PLEASE consult with the rescue before you purchase rabbit supplies so you can be directed to the least expensive and most appropriate rabbit essentials, especially if you’ve never had the pleasure of owning a rabbit! Your local big chain pet store is probably NOT the best place to buy rabbit supplies!
