Haggis is being fostered in PA.

Halo, I’m Haggis, a wee Cocker Spaniel that is looking for me very own family to love furever. I am playful and very loving. I enjoy playing with other dogs and humans. I am outgoing and fearless. I am working on that potty outside thing, will get there eventually. After all, I’m still a wee baby at 12 weeks.
My eyes did not develop all the parts inside correctly so I can’t see, but that doesn’t stop me exploring the world. I am just starting on the SIT command and walking on a leash, but I really don’t mind if you pick me up and carry me. I am still a wee little lad that you can do that with, LOL!
BDRA has voted against the use of electrical fencing effective immediately.
