Hi, I'm Elle and I'm 6 years and weigh 50 lbs. I love to snuggle on your lap and lay around most of my days, but I will follow you wherever you go. Even to the bathroom just to make sure you are safe. I will also let you know when there are dangerous sounds so you can say I'm pretty much a good security guard, but my foster mama says I'm quiet most of the time.
I'm good with older kids, and love to play and wrestle with them. I'm also good with most cats.
I do have some allergies that require me to take medication, but for the most part I'm a healthy girl.
I love going for car rides and especially love those pup cups. I love to lay in the sun and bask in the heat from a good fireplace. I like to go for walks, just not long ones.

Adoption fees are based on the breed, health, age, and behavioral status of each dog. All dogs are microchipped, spayed or neutered, vaccinated, flea/worm treated and have had a wellness exam before becoming adoptable. If you are interested in adopting a BHNW dog, please fill out the online application. If you are matched to the dog you are interested in or another dog in our program, you will be contacted by the foster family. Prior to adopting, there is a mandatory home evaluation to ensure your home and family are ready for that dog. We require a contract for all adoptions and there is a two-week trial to ensure a good match. If for any reason you can no longer care for the dog you adopted from us, that dog must be returned to our program.
